Bangladesh teeters between hope and deadlock a year after Hasina’s fall

It’s been a year since protests against job quotas in Bangladesh, forced out Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. She fled to India and is under trial in absentia for crimes against humanity.
But elections to find a successor won’t be held until April.
